they've already begun to accept agency bonds...in the end you'll see them pass coupons on AMZN converts... crazy bastiches...i think in reality they're petrified at the thought that the bubble may be going down the tubes regardless of what they're doing. which it will...and one can only hope that blame will be apportioned correctly on d-day. on the bright side, if and when the bubble finally goes to hell, we may be in for some reformation of the system. hopefully the free market will be allowed to intrude on the setting of rates...
