Even .1 % is too high, imo.

And certainly the emphasis should be toward educating women that it is imperative that they seek immediate medical attention after a rape.

Now if you would like to correlate those numbers to the TOTAL of abortions that are performed within the same time frame of the study, I think it would be evident that the extreme majority of abortions performed have nothing to do with rape or incest.
