typically such plans get shelved in a down cycle. survival becomes the more important imperative.

I think I am going to start hanging out here...seems like a good crowd... CSCO board is boring.... Ed Forrest, The Phoenix, Uncle Frank and the old csco long crowd have all gone into hiding...no one left to beat up on. It took a year but it seems we finally beat that crowd into the closet they belong in. Seems the nas could be going down for it's first 2000 test of the year. I thought it wouldn't happen until april but it seems that it may be crash time... I was wondering if many of the people on this thread are bullish or bearish on silver this year? Anyhow, I think I will hang out here with you bunch if I am welcome. bambs
