It doesn't say anything in the header about civility, just to watch out for TOU violations. No, it doesn't. And it doesn't say anything in the header about the existential crisis all three threads had a few weeks ago because of incivility. Nor does it speak to the implications of SI Bob's absence. But one can always hope. I don't think too many homes have signs in the bathroom regarding the appropriate position of the toilet seat, either, but adults know what they're supposed to do with it.
