WHY THE HELL DID YOU VOTE FOR BUSH?????" One of Bushes priorities IS improving schools... The bill is being honed now. Even Teddy Kennedy loves it. This will be one of Bushes greatest accomplishments... Jim PS...if you don't want your tax cut. Send it back in to reduce the budget...
