everyone's got capex cutting to do it appears:

-----15:17 ET Sycamore Ntwks (SCMR) 23 -1/16 (-0.3%): -- Update -- More discussions of Williams (WCG) capex reduction implications. Sources at ABN AMRO saying that while WCG did not reveal where it will derive cost savings, believes that comments raise concerns about SCMR's prospects. SCMR currently derives the majority of its revenues from WCG (in the range of 50%-60%).----
