Well, you mentioned it, but you didn't make a very strong point with it. You don't need 300mm to get the P4 into all markets. On 0.13 micron, the P4 is no bigger than the current P3 on 0.18 micron... and Intel is using the same die for the P3 and the Celeron... so that won't be an issue. Intel therefore doesn't need 300mm to get the P4 into all market segments in a cost-effective manner... As an AMD supporter, you should be worried about Intel beating AMD to 300mm by over 2 years as Intel's cost/die will drop 30% on the 300mm process....
