Dear Third eye: Regarding the TAVA suit, I reported that long ago. The suit went NOWHERE. Attorneys were unwilling to follow up do to cost so mealy mouthed around and got TAVA to agree to some additional wording in the proxy, which they wrote, probably for a nice fee for THEMSELVES. Typical I think. As to the election, while I abhored Gore and feel he would most likely have been the WORST POSSIBLE CHOICE especially with the information now coming out about the Clintons, had the election gone the other way I would have accepted it. Thats the difference between America and a lot of other SO CALLED Democracies. When the election is over, its over. We dont screw around trying to set up "Coalition Govt's" and all that BS. What I want is HONEST GOVT to the extent that is not an oxymoron statement. JDN
