KLP:(sigh)what I have been pointing out is that it is an established constitutional principle that one state does not have the right to overrule the laws of another state. If I rob a bank in a state in which bank robbery is legal, then go to another state where it is illegal, I cannot be arrested there. The "crime" did not occur there.

In the case of civil rights, one state cannot strip me of rights I already had when I crossed their state line.

Florida probably has at least 300K felons including those in the system now as well as all those ever in the system(currently living, that is).

I think someone else raised the issue of 50K felons"moving" to FL to vote. What a crock. No, there were 50K names on the list that DBT gave Katherine Harris to expunge from the voting rolls. Error rate was at least 15%, in some counties much much higher.
