thanks, i feel the market will be on the side way for a while, so didn't dig out the news.
CSCO has its problems, too bad NDXt weights too much on its performance:
--the market wants best of breed, CSCO tried to push total solution without 10GB solution.
--fiber optics and wireless are the hottest sectors, CSCO is far from the leader on both.
--60% of the merger usually fails (Chrysler?) and CSCO has dozen per year, it increased the risk.
