I don't know the yields are great... I do, however, have a very good idea how he created his information...

The only mechanism for poor yield at 0.18 micron is die size. Yield is by and large a function of the process coupled with die size, not the product itself. Bin split is a function of the product.

Given at 0.13 micron die size is no longer an issue, the mechanism for yield loss is now absent... so it no longer applies.
