Cal Gary/Wolf,

I agree that crosses likely count.

I guess I was just thinking that the 20 day VWAP could be manipulated through some strategically placed crosses. For example, if Rebecca wanted the drawdown to be toward the upper end of the 20 price range, all she would technically have to do is get Dundee to cross 4 million shares on a higher price day (exaggerating to make a point).

Nevertheless, I doubt this sort of scenario would ever happen since it would seriously affect the credibility and good faith of either party.

I suppose it's technically possible though.

Cal Gary,

"Did you watch Brink and TK playing red-rover-red-rover with State Street, Nesbitt and Greenline today?"

Oh, did I ever!

Go figure, the price goes over $8, and who's waiting behind the door with a big hatchet, but Brink Hudson, our 20 DAY GRIM REAPER ("20 DGR" -- a new TA indicator).

I posted last Friday, based on Wilyolvet's prompting, that the trade history of Brink Hudson, showed they are acting on behalf of Acqua to supress the price. I was confident in what the data showed then, now I am pretty much 100% convinced.

Message 15326639

Brink is working hard to make sure the price never stays over $8.00. I also would not be surprised if Acqua has been supporting the price in the upper-mid $7s, through another house. This way they would not only keep the price in the range they want the 20 day average price to wind up, but they also make a nice spread as the volume churns in this range. The low liquidity on this stock makes it an easily manipulated, no lose situation for Brink.

I am also convinced we will see the first drawdown by this Monday at the latest.

Just like Wolf, I no longer have any concern about my investment here.
