fingolfen
for simplicity assume
pIII size = [size]
p4 size = 2* [size]
wafer = [wafer]
yield pIII = [good]
yield p4 = 1/2 * [good] (assumption only)
total numbers of
pIII chips = [pIII]
p4 chips = [p4]

K=[wafer]/[size]*[good]

[p4]=[wafer]/(2*[size])*1/2*[good]=1/4*K
[pIII]=[wafer]/[size]*[good]=K

I was talking of total number of chips. You know, fixed cost etc....
