You forgot to put a lot of "er's" and "uh's" in there for authenticity purposes.

Have you seen the SNL skits where they 'do' him? Its really hard not to not lose it. At one point, the guy perpetrating Bush says "Everyone in DC underestimates my smarts. The other day I bent over to tie my shoe and people applauded when I finished."

I guess you had to be there but it was hilarious.
