seriously, this is difficult to answer at this point. but IF the k-winter has indeed begun, it'll last until 2012 or thereabouts (i'm guessing, based on historical precedent), property bubbles will collapse, and unemployment will triple....all provided we have reached the limit of the credit expansion, or are at least close to it.
