Did you hear about the Alt-Fuels fiasco we had here in AZ? That was in my district. Even after the bill was passed (by Repubs, thru Repubs), and it was discovered to be complete BS and would cost the AZ taxpayers $400 million, and make Republican politicians millions of personal dollars, the guy who drafted it STILL recieved 35% of the vote. AFTER he was discovered to be a crook. 35% of the voters would rather have a guy who cost them hundreds of millions of dollars - than have a democrat. Party line voters are unbelievable, IMO. Dave, I am not sure if this is true but have heard that AZ has statues of Reagan and Nixon in their public squares. I understand the statues are made of gold. Any truth to these rumors? ted
