The number of layoffs recently doesn't sound like boom times. But unemployment
remains low.
unemployment moved from 3.9% to 4.1%. That's not bad unless your in that .2%

Just wait. Every day I hear about layoffs and the paper shows the same. People who are laid off quit buying as do their neighbors. It's a snowball.

Start looking for farm sales. 2nd year of crop prices being below production costs.
