By X's logic, while in our society today it would be immoral to gas millons of people just for having been born Jewish, for the Germans in the 30s and 40s, it was moral for them.

Sorry. I, and I think you, won't agree that it would ever be moral to gas people just for having been born Jewish, no matter what the society thought of it.
