Tim,

In Texas, drunk driving is barely even an offense. When I lived there, you needed about three convictions before they took your license away.

You can't properly drive a pickup without a clear bottle of Miller in your right hand.

Of course, you also need a coke can to spit into, which makes driving in Texas a complicated procedure.

twfowler... Scumbria says that he spends 4 hour each day in a pub drinking beer. I sure hope that he doesn't drive after drinking for that length of time. Could be very serious.
