tippet - Financial are simply pissing me off big time

If I was in short term PUTs I would have lost my ass.

I am in a basket of longer term plays (leaps and July PUTS)

They were so cheap it seemed to be the better way to go.
Underwater but not getting killed.

Every time I think FNM and FRE are going in the crapper they rebound. What is going on? Same with JPM and MER.

Are they going to torture me forever?

Q. Should I roll these suckers out to 2003 leaps.
Man I simply am at a loss on clowns buying this shit.

M

tippet, >>I'd like to see the financials get the snot kicked out of 'em before I believe it is the real McCoy.

I think this group will be just like the semi mania. We need a few of these institutions to have to communicate that things are bad. We know that they are papering over problems at the moment, but until they need to confess Wall Street will get every investor in this group that they possibly can. In my opinion when confessions start the stock prices will drop rapidly.
