That 42,000 cross after hours was State Street moving the stuff they acquired during the day. Most likely, a client said "get me 42,000 shares" and State Street accumulated throughout the day. Then they moved them into a client's account with the cross.

This is one of those situations where it looks like the broker is net long at the end of the day when really they hold no shares. Odds are that those 42,000 have been moved to a custodial account somewhere.
