Star eagle:

Thanks for the note on the memory scene. It jibes with the general condition that I have discussed for many weeks now, that being total saturation.

I will probably start to short MU over the next few days, (small to begin with). INTC also needs to be addressed and I will likely allocate some of today's profits in their direction. (g)

I am also aching to acquire some IBM puts, and may start small on that over the next day or two. Interestingly enough, IBM was my best profit provider last year. I was in and out of IBM puts several times and it added up rather nicely. Haven't been exposed as they ran it up, but it looks ripe here, especially given the deteriorating market scene.

Generally speaking, I prefer puts, but with the huge prems found in the tech stocks lately, it has been more profitable to just short in small quantities, take the fast profits, then come back to short again on the rallies.

Best, Earlie
