I'd go with shorting the PPH (pharmaceutical holders). More liquid than pootskies on the DRG, and you get equally broad participation.

Above is not a reco, but when I do it, that's my favorite vehicle.

I don't think there are ishares on the drug index but I could be wrong. You can always buy puts on the index I guess.
