I agree with this.

I think that it's quite reasonable to conclude that you can't conclude much of anything about his expectations for the future of the stock price from his actions recently

I agree with this also. I just can't accept that he *had* to sell. I don't have any evidence that he is cash poor. If I cut him some slack this time, am I entitled to raise hell the next time he sells and someone claims he had to sell?

and that's really all anyone was trying to say, as far as I can tell.

I don't believe I took anyone to task for trying to say you can't conclude much of anything about Larry's expectations for the company. I was just commenting on those that think that Larry *had* to sell because he needed to exercise options. There’s no proof he had to sell.
