Surely the BOD ALL of them, must realize that they carry a fiduciary responsibility for ALL shareholders, LARGE and SMALL.

If they shut down SI then why not begin a new SI and reinvent the wheel unless those originally involved with the design of SI are prohibited legally from doing so.

Of course, someone else could then do a copycat site.
