Good to hear from you Carolyn. In response to your question as to whether anyone has phoned the company, an anecdote is in order.
A number of years ago I made a sizeable investment in a now defunct company called The Cray Computer Corporation from Colorado Springs, Colorado. Early on, I would call investor relations about a host of issues. The answers usually resembled Presidential or Prime Ministerial press releases from the paid company spin doctors.
The telephone receptionist on the other hand, was the most forthright and honest in her risk/reward assessment of the situation at the time. In tremendously diplomatic fashion, this person presented me with a much more honest and realistic picture of the predicament the company was in and to be aware of the degree of risk. Of course, in the end the investor always decides to hold or sell. I held and eventually lost $60,000 US.
Since that time, I've not once contacted a company's IR in which I've made an investment.

Take care,

David P. O'Connor
