It was no hoax. I was living in Aberdeen when it happened. Massive news coverage, of course. I would like to believe that anyone of that age can turn themselves around, but those two struck me as being far less likely to do so than any I've ever seen or heard. BTW, this letter has been passed around for nearly 2 months now.
