Yes, you would be amazed. It's always been high rates for boys up till the age of 25 - 2 to 3x a good experienced driver rate, but my agent just told me it's now standard for teenage girls also, but not quite as bad...

And then if you get one ticket or an accident that is your falt, it quickly doubles. That's why I tried to get a cheap but good car, so I could afford the insurance. And he cannot drive my Jeep or he pays rates rise again. <vbg>
Great way to keep my car safe though.
