I finally had an opportunity to test Zicam on myself. Darned if it doesn't work! 90%of the time when I start to get a head cold, I first get a sore throat (from post nasal drip). It gets progressively worse until I have a full blown cold. This time, at the first hint of the sore throat I began the Zicam regimen. While I did have the fatigue I usually get from a cold, I got neither the stuffy nose/sinuses nor the chest congestion. This stuff is great.
