Paul, you are probably right. I just looked at NPK through the NetNet approach because recently their price suggested they might qualify. They appear to be financially strong and fundamentally sound, so I guess a further indication of management competence, for me, will be how they respond to this crisis. I never evaluated Genessee using my current approach, so I can't speak to it. I know that it has often come up as a value play, but I was more interested in momentum plays back then. Timba
