Very interesting. However, the author fails to mention that 1/2 of total production is tied to a long term contract at a fixed price (US $550/oz?). He needs to rework the numbers in light of this. Regardless, bottom line here is that the risk/reward ratio has shifted negatively, in my opinion. At least for the short term.
