going to the annual meeting. message are coming in from shareholders. MR> S> is lousy chairman i remember him from the 1998 meeting. he didn't let me qustion the auditors. he cut off the meeting when others wanted to speak. ay common wealth edison in chicago everyone can speak and meeting goes on until everyone has a chance the annual meeting is once a year. look what M.S. gets in pay??? send messages to nglotz@aol.com or MARTIN GLOTZER 312-337-7666

just want to emphasize that it's not a matter of price. if lu dropped another 30% - that's less than 4 points - it will still not be a buy. only if all top management is replaced; that's Schacht and 4 or 5 others; and replaced by a top fiber optic pro and his own crew. only then will it be a buy. if that doesn't happen lucent will go bankrupt.
