Dear Tiger, if you have not figured it out yet President Bush uses plain English and only wants to cut back the overcharging of tax payers. What this means for vacant liberal minds is that they can afford to schedule an extra few councilling sessions a week, a month or a year depending upon income. Also President Bush is about cutting the ability of the rich to buy justice. But based upon my analysis of your words past and present I would predict that you do not comprehend any of this.
