Dear Willcousa: Your idea sounds good to me its just that many items are sales tax free and the rules differ from state to state. VAT tax includes EVERYTHING. (I think). But you got the makings of a good idea there. No one knows the amount of underreporting but we all know it is there. Barter deals, drug and other illegal activity deals. I imagin the list is endless. Anyhow, anything to get rid of filling out this DAMN FORM. haha. JDN
