Joe: ISSI is one of those mis nomer stocks that is being dragged higher by pure speculation and underwriter (acting as a market maker) as insiders continue to sell into the higher prices. Sergio pointed out the neg. side to the stock and also noted the constant hype of it on CNBC. Smart marketing on the part of the IR dept.
