Communications Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB:ACEN) announced today that it
has finalized a Letter of Intent to acquire 100% of privately held On
Q Networks, Inc.
On Q Networks, Inc. is an IP Telephony Service Provider (ITSP)
whose initial operations are between the United States and Asian
countries with expansion into under-served, under-developed or
developing countries. Through strategic relationships with major
carriers, On Q provides voice and data services to customers seeking
to route calls to or from Asian countries on a per minute or private
line basis. The network allows customers to complete calls at a lower
cost than the traditional long distance providers by optimizing
bandwidth allocation and applications. On Q Networks next-generation
packet switched architecture based on the Internet Protocol (IP)
provides high quality carrier grade telephony services that will be
transparent to the user. The network also supplies a migration path
and the flexibility to support new multimedia services including:
integrated voice, video and data.
