Gottfried, scanning through messages, for a 100 milliseconds or so, I thought I saw "I'm selling." Sailing, better than looking at this market all right.

Sailing sounds great. Well, greater than looking at the mountains of snow in front of my house anyway!

As for timing an entry point in AMAT, I hope there will be more opportunities this year. But I guess that the window will not be open for more than six months. I'd say that the stock we'll trend higher than $50 by the end of August.

What for?

People will start looking seriously at 2002 and there are too many positives that will work for the stock by then.

Which positives?

Inventories will have diminished, interest rates will be at least at least .50 to 1 point lower, Federal tax cuts will be on the way and the pressure will be great for manufacturers to upgrade their plants for the new generations of wafers.
