Hank, it really shocked me that non-military people are even allowed aboard an operating military vessel at sea, much less to be at the controls! Given that we are very early in the Bush term, you are probably right that it is a left-over Clinton policy or perhaps even older. Let's hope that Bush will fix it promptly, only qualified military folks who are currently enlisted and "under oath" of service should be operating military hardware!

yep, It will take a year or so to clean up all the Sh*t from the previous 8 years of Clinton....TP mentioned something about a seagull administration...I like it, but I think it is being to harsh on the seagulls.
