Why Crude is Strong?

O&G Journal just arrived for week 2/12

4 week average demand over same period last year up gas 6.8%, distillate 5%, jet fuel 5.5%, other 9.9%.

With crude at the same stock levels as a year ago after many months of OPEC increasing supply and Clinton dumping the SPR and now With OPEC reducing supply into increasing demand from similar stock levels I would imagine WTI is in demand.

Okay run on sentence.
