Hi Keith, absolutely lovin' these mountains up here in Cashiers NC. Would never, ever go back to Florida. Never. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Wife closes on the house tomorrow then will join me. Played golf here last two weekends. There is no finer place to live. Adios, Florida. No more 8 month sweltering blast furnace summers for me. Sure looks like a rotation to the nazzzzzz from here..Would be a great time to catch big hedge funds off and start a short covering rally..I am locked and loaded and would be one happy camper. Whether it's today or tomorrow..It's going to happen and it will be quick.
