What made you exit CS ? This article only ? Seems like a neutral story.

Although the following bugs me a bit I don't think $1 ($10 Million in market cap) should make that much of a difference:

Cabletron is spinning off Riverstone in an IPO of 10 million shares led by Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, slated for later this week. Price talk is now $11 to $13 a share, below initial estimates of $12 to $14.>
