TS...the fact that you post info concerning HRCT's ability to meet current obligations without analyzing or understanding the info you post lends to your credibility...scare tactics don't wash...

Second... because that disclaimer was issued for the 1999 audited financials for the year 2000 and this is Feb 2001 and HRCT met it's obligations for year 2000...lol..shows how ridiculous your post was...

Third...because I know you don't have a clue about financials and you will have to get help, I will post it for you...

HRCT's liabilities at 9/30/2000 were 4 million
Of that 4 million 2.5 is due to FTL and UAC (subsidiaries owners)

You might also want to know that Sinobull (The parent Company of UAC-FTL owes HRCT 4 million for acquisitions... (advance)

Now ask yourself....will the 2.5 million be due any time soon? of course not...

HRCT as of 9/30/2000 reported assets of 11 million (2 intangible) and liabilities of 4 million...

Now considering the above and facts in post in 1893

Will HRCT meet current obligations? of course they will...

Go play accountant somewhere else...
