t2, I don't know that we need a rate cut right now. We have to see
if the markets can shake off what I see as psychological disease more
than anything else.
Unsold goods not as bad. Remortgages up strong.
I think confidence will come back as people begin to see
that Bush is for real.

When you have a red hot economy, a little cold can make you feel
like pneumonia.

Also I think the liberal media, CNBC and all, are trying to sabotage Bush's tax cut plan.

I suppose, if you have a complete market collapse, then
-you can't cut budgets and " let the seniors, women and children loose ",
- and you can't cut taxes for the same reason.
-I believe the Democrats will try anything to sabotage the Economy
to achieve their ends.

This is my response this AM to Rubin's article in NYTimes
" A Prosperity Easy to Destroy ":

Message 15349913

The Democratic " Nirvana Dream Nation " of social engineering is rapidly
disappearing with Bush's tax cuts and getting their hands
out of the cookie jar, and they are all now in
a panic mode,

OT/OT/OT/OT/OT/t2, this Economy, with Bush , will fly so fast it will make
your head spin
and send all NASDAQ back up. Coming up:

-tax cuts----> money in your pocket.
-Government Budget slashing---> lower taxes--->tax relief from Grab Boy Billy---->more money in your pocket
-cutting red tap and regulation--->industry relief---> cheaper
product prices---> money in your pocket

many more I think,

Very simply, Americans need to be weaned from the Democratic mantra of
"You Need a Big Nipple in The Sky "
failed philosophy of Tax and Spend.

BTW, that Nipple In The Sky Philosophy
plus having to pay such Huge Clintonian taxes
is why there are so few savings

Clinton and Rubin gave Americans the idea that
Healthcare would be free ( just go to the Emergency Room )
and so would oil ( although Clinton did not say that, low
oil prices contributed to the false sense of wealth ).
