Dear Tiger, I don't know what if any familiarity you have with the engineering process of system's engineering, but as an engineer I have elaborate experience. The process of solving complex technology problems is the same process one can use to measure and average over time the ability of anyone. So as I've taken what appears to be noise and created a clear picture. watman.com my watching and listening to Mr. Bush has lead to the conclusion with 100% certainty that Mr. has it all figured out. For example Mr. Bush accurately picked up on and understood that the economy was showing drastic signs of slowing many quarters ago. Contrast with Mr. Clinton who announces he is going to take office space in a building that is already rented out. So for special consideration Mr. Clinton can move in. Clinton who surround himself with boobs who get him to pardon someone on the most wanted listed. Then looks the total fool with even the New York times casting stones. All of course many used to ridicule former President Reagan but now it seems that the Radio addresses he used to give are being made public and they were all written by President Reagan with hand written editing. So the words of President Reagan and the thoughts and character and plan that brought the Soviet Union to and end were the original thoughts of former President Reagan. President Bush now has the benefit of coming from a whole and decent family and having seen in his life time the greatness of character of Reagan and the scum of the earth Mr. Bill.
