ld- at this point the mejico trip is yoost a virtual/imaginary trip... you know... the kind that characters in a novel take. it's all i can afford. re: a Dent demographic downdraft i had it all planned to milk the market for three or four years and then put the proceeds in shoeboxes in the closet and under the bed. i was blindsided... greenspan musta seen me comin'. another thing i didn't anticipate was the millennium let down effect (we changed centuries and the world still looks the same) and then the great "W" bear correction (i think we're probably still on the left hand side of the "W"). if we don't pump up another period of exuberance within the next five years... i'm toast. the demographic reality will be looming and i will be resigned to spending my golden years as a "virtual greeter" on the home page of the walmart portal.
