BRK, it was a nice rally call I admit. And I closed a bunch of puts on it this AM. Thanks WS.

That said.
This RALLY DIES SOON.
In caps just to throw down the gauntlet at WS. LOL

I think a 38-50% retracement from the bottom to the last local high at best.

Let's use JNPR as example.
low was 75. Last high was about 140.
A 50% retracement would be 107 roughly.
I seriously doubt we get there.
BRCD - even 38% is IMPOSSIBLE.
EMLX - ROTFLMAO on suggestion of 38% retracement

I doubt JNPR breaks 102.

This is a bear market.
Rallies last 1-2 days.
The bull is NOT returning.
We die on the vine by Tuesday at the latest.

Actual prediction is tomorrow, but that is going out on a limb somewhat.

M

brk,

CIEN has an interesting chart now:

askresearch.com

Today's gap up---note the double-normal volume---looks for all the world like a professional gap. CIEN closed today right in the thick of the major long-term moving averages, which had previously offered stiff resistance. Now, the distinct possibility arises that CIEN will successfully test this overhead, and reverse and begin an new uptrend. I would want to see this confirmed with a close above the 200 day, then a correction back to the 200 day, then a bounce back up off that level on sharply increased volume (compared to the correction). On to watch, but the technicals suggest it may just have enough steam for a successful test.

JMVHO.....
