That's true. Most funds have price limits on stocks they can invest in. $10 is one of the significant limits, but of course some funds go lower. Just depends on the nature of the fund.

Different funds have different thresholds. Some $10.00 Some $5.00 Some even lower. If you look at Market Caps of Versign and Baltimore as well as relative market share, I can't see this one going that low unless there is new damaging news. It should be upward and onward from here. Be patient.
