Re: Agre ipo.. yes, it is a sad story. That's what firms like Morgan Stanley are paid to do.. be creative and make over corporate problems as exciting ipos. The people who fall for the ipos are the dependent "clients" of full service brokers, many of whom are retirees or busy professionals, unable to differentiate between a real investment and a made-up one.
