What bugs me is that a few days after they seek approval for the merger, they say.....by the way, did we mention that we are both going to announce profit warnings....and only a couple of weeks ago, they were saying that guidance was intact, but at the lower range....where is the credibility?....The move up might just be the index funds buying to bring up their weighting.....not a ralley as far as I am concerned.....although I would love to be wrong.
