HITT - Hitsgalore.com Completes Appointment Of New Board Of Directors And Refocuses Company From "dot com" To Entertainment Production Company



RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA -- (INTERNET WIRE) -- 02/14/01 --
Hitsgalore.com, Inc. (OTC BB:HITT), announced it has appointed a new
board of directors. The new directors prime objective is to
restructure and refocus the Company from a "pure dot com" to a
multifaceted Entertainment/Hollywood-Active Production Company.

David L. Shade, is the new Chairman of the board and CEO. Mr. Shade
has been a member of the California State Bar for over two decades;
Mr. Shade gained extensive experience in corporate formation,
business law, entertainment law and mergers and acquisitions. Mr.
Shade served for six years as the Judge Pro-Tem for the municipal and
superior courts.

John Anton and Ted C. Connolly will also serve as directors and bring a
wealth of business experience in both business and television to the
Company. The Company will also appoint a board of advisors comprised
of industry professionals to add to its cadre of 'in-the-know"
professionals in the entertainment world.

Future Hollywood-Active production services will include but not be
limited to, satellite broadcasting of its content via cable and
television, and other entertainment holdings and services.

The new board of directors was voted in by consent of the majority
shareholder. According to David L. Shade "the Company does not
anticipate any kind of reverse stock split at this time."

The Company is in the process of relocating its corporate offices to
Costa Mesa CA, and will announce the re-naming of the Company to
Diamond HITT Productions, Inc. The Company anticipates its new focus
will provide much needed revenue streams, and more access to funding.
